That’s an expensive raw chocolate cake. Those ingredients are not cheap. How often do you make this cake? LOL

I used to have that exact blender. Wasn’t too keen on the chelating effects of cacao on metals so I sold it and opted for an Osterizer with a glass carafe. Thank goodness you can just buy raw organic cacao powder now. . . you can get all of this stuff from Ultimate Superfoods.

Neat VitaMix you have there. . .
Coconut butter – is that the same as Tropical Traditions coconut cream? It is softer than cacao butter.
For the hemp seed butter, can I use pumpkin seed butter or some other nut/seed butter?

Click on the website on the upper-right side of this page to order raw organic maca and cacao nibs. . . . . . . . Thanks for looking at my video!

Coconut butter would work well. Just make sure it’s the coconut “butter” from coconut meat and not coconut oil. Thanks for commenting!

That was great. I have yet to open my cocoa butter but need to make something with it today. Good tip on how to get it off the hunk, grate it
I have all but the help seed butter, what do you think about me substituting coconut butter instead?

I just ordered some raw cacao powder and raw cacao butter. . . I can’t wait to try this. Your cake looks delicious! Thank you for showing me that I can make my own ground cacao powder. I didn’t think it would grind into a powder. Now I see that I can save money

That was an awesome video
Good for us finicky eaters who don’t like using dates in our recipes (I might also take out the raisins from this one though lol) I like how you displayed all the packages the stuff came in too-I’m still new to raw food and didn’t know what the packaging for hemp seed or cacoa nibs looked like. What exactly does it taste like? It looks like a kind of chesecake. I’ll have to try it, looks awesome
Thanks for posting!
