where is a nice place to sleep in koh tao and koh samui (thailand)?

i am looking for a nice place to sleep in, in koh samui and koh tao, in a bungalow (clean and nice but not too fancy either) if possible close or in front of the sea.

any suggestions are welcome. thanks
