The slide show was …
The slide show was done a while ago so not 100% which program i used but its either Roxio easymedia creator or ulead movie maker, sorry i no longer have the programs installed on my Pc or i would have a look for you. The spot lights are in the effects directory the music is just overlayed and the pic is just a pic i took and added as a standard pic.
