Thailand Hotels Prices?
February 27th, 2010 | by admin |How much would a hotel cost a month and a year?
Its stupid to stay at a hotel for a month or longer. You need to find an apartment or service apartment type unit. Cost can run from about 10,000 a month and up and up. Your average 3 star hotel is about 1,000 baht a day so you do the math.

Depends where you are going Bangkok, Phuket or Chiang Mai Pattaya which are much cheaper. I know Sawasdee Hotels do special rates for their custmers that stay for 3 months and above. I
suggest you rent flat or villa prices from 7000 – 1200 baht a month
good luck

I live in Bangkok, in a studio apartment of about 36 sq meters (360 sq ft) with a swimming pool, and monthly runs me about 8500 Baht ($280) including all utilities.
Chiang Mai is cheaper and rural areas even cheaper yet, with 2 – 3 bedroom houses available at 15,000 Baht $500 per month.
The Bangkok City Suite hotel in Bangkok, with free in room WIFI, no pool, is nice and runs about 18,000 Baht ($600) per month.
Cheap apartments are the best route to go, Hotel are expensive, even on a monthly basis.
Feel free to contact me if you have any other question. If staying in Bangkok, you will want something relatively close to the Subway or Sky-train.
