Discount Bangkok Guest Friendly Hotels
August 30th, 2010 | by admin | If you’re a single guy planning a visit to Bangkok’s go go bars, make sure you stay in the right hotel, especially if you want to invite a lady back to your room. What you should be looking for is a hotel with a guest friendly policy.
A hotel that has a guest friendly policy means that they will not charge you a penalty for bringing a lady back to your room. The fine for this penalty can be as low as 500THB or as high as 1000THB.
Currently there are plenty of discounted guest friendly hotels in Bangkok due to the recent unrest. As a result hotels in Bangkok have either reduced room rates or offering free nights with minimum stay in order to attract guests.
The best place to find these discounted hotels is obviously near the red light districts in Bangkok and there are only 3: Nana, Patpong and Soi Cowboy.
Even though all 3 nightlife hot spots are near each other you should consider staying in a hotel around Nana red light district.
Why? Most of the budget hotels in that area are very affordable and most importantly clean and well maintained. Plus it doesn’t hurt that Nana is has the most adult entertainment venues nearby.
Which brings me to the point that most hotels with a guest friendly policy are really good quality hotels with all types of guests, such as vacationers, business folks and even couples on honeymoon. So they are not hotels full of hookers and drug dealers.
Matter of fact some of the best hotels in Bangkok are guest friendly like JW Marriott, Westin Grand and Sheraton Grand. Granted these are high priced hotels though.
However, there are plenty of local Thai managed hotels that will not penalize you for taking a lady to your room with affordable room rates and most importantly clean rooms and excellent service for you.
